Service Description
The AHA ACLS Provider course is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, and paramedics, as well as others who need an ACLS course completion card for job or other requirements. Exam: Upon completion of the Instructor-led Course, including all cognitive content and all hands-on skills practice and testing, students need to pass the 50 question final exam with a minimum score of 84%. Exam is open resources, which means you can use your book/eBook/notes. Must have: Current AHA BLS CPR CARD. If your BLS card is expired, you must complete the BLS course first. REQUIRED Pre-course Self-Assessment and Pre-course Work : Online Pre-course: must be completed prior to class though https://elearning.heart.org/course/1551 (Allow 1-2 hours to complete) Successful Completion: will result in a certificate and a pre-test score (please print and bring in completed results on day of course or take a picture of results clearly showing score and certificate) Passing score of 70% required. You will NOT be able to attend this course without a completed Pre-course Self Assessment and Pre-course work certificate. *ACLS MANUAL is required and mandatory for this course* (may add it for an additional $20 at checkout)

Cancellation Policy
All classes start on time. Students arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may not be admitted and will be considered a no-show. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. • No refunds are issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to complete course requirements. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • Certification is issued only after successful completion of all course requirements, including skills testing and written exams where applicable. Minimum Enrollment Policy: Classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, students will be automatically moved to the next available session. Students will be notified by email in advance and their payment will be applied to the rescheduled date. No additional fees will apply.
