How to claim your. e-card?

Where are you located?

 

We are located at 332 Route 4, Paramus, New Jersey 07652, inside Neptune Plaza. We are in the back of the building right behind LAZBOY, please follow signs for the South Lobby. Our training center is on the second floor, and we are the last door on the right.

 

Is parking available?

 

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available.

 

​Are your certifications accepted by hospitals and employers?

 

Yes, our courses follow nationally recognized guidelines and certifications are widely accepted by hospitals, employers, and healthcare facilities. If your employer has specific requirements, we recommend confirming with them prior to registering.

Do you offer group or private training?

 

Yes, we offer group and private training for businesses, organizations, and teams. You can fill out the Group Training Request form on our website, and we’ll follow up by email with pricing and availability.

What if I’m running late for class?

 

Classes start on time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time, you may not be admitted. We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

Do I need prior experience to take a class?

 

No, you do not need prior experience. We will teach you everything you need to know in the class.

What should I wear to class?

 

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and practice hands on skills.

​What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

​

All class fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. You are eligible for one free reschedule with proper notice. Missed classes or changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will result in forfeiture of the class fee.
