Basic Life Support Provider Course
Service Description
The American Heart Association BLS Provider course is designed for healthcare professionals who need initial Basic Life Support certification. This course covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, effective ventilation using a bag-mask device, use of an AED, and relief of choking. This instructor-led course includes hands-on skills practice and a written exam in accordance with current AHA guidelines. Upon successful completion, students receive an official same day AHA BLS certification. Course Details • Duration: Approximately 3–4 hours • Certification: AHA BLS Provider card (valid for 2 years) Important Information • A written exam is required at the end of the course (open-resource per AHA standards). • All students must have access to the current AHA BLS Provider Manual. An optional eManual may be added at checkout for $10. • Classes begin on time. Students arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may not be admitted, no refunds will be issued. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for check-in.

Cancellation Policy
All classes start on time. Students arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may not be admitted and will be considered a no-show. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. • No refunds are issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to complete course requirements. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • Certification is issued only after successful completion of all course requirements, including skills testing and written exams where applicable. Minimum Enrollment Policy: Classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, students will be automatically moved to the next available session. Students will be notified by email in advance and their payment will be applied to the rescheduled date. No additional fees will apply.
