Service Description
Heartsaver CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. There is no written exam, Students must pass a skills test in order to qualify for an American Heart Association Heartsaver Course Completion Card. Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years. Heartsaver Manual is required for this class (option to add it on at checkout for $10)

Cancellation Policy
All classes start on time. Students arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may not be admitted and will be considered a no-show. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. • No refunds are issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to complete course requirements. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • Certification is issued only after successful completion of all course requirements, including skills testing and written exams where applicable. Minimum Enrollment Policy: Classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, students will be automatically moved to the next available session. Students will be notified by email in advance and their payment will be applied to the rescheduled date. No additional fees will apply.
